Prague 2007
This project was created for the PRAGUE STREET ART exhibition as a statement, an answer to the question of street art being sealed up behind gallery doors. There was a three-dimensional model created for the exhibition of an actual Prague city part - including street names – and if you could see the message in the „map”, you could walk to the 300m distant Charles square park to find the real installation. Another hint was the quote written on the label in the gallery: „Seek the truth outside“. The model itself was also a parody of the phrase „street art“, since it actually depicted a real street. The cocoon was hanging high up in the trees, above one of the paths in the park and was connected to a streetlight, so it went on in the evenings and off in the mornings together with the public lighting in the area
